What is a reasonable tip for a regular 1 hour massage without the extras? I have spent a few weeks in Thailand and usually gave between 80-120 baht. Is that the right level?

I usually give about a 100 baht tip (3usd). Since a normal massage costs about 300 – 400 baht, this is pretty good.
