I would like to start off by saying thank you to the KOT. Your site not only got me pumped-up for my 3 week excursion to Thailand, but benefited me greatly once I arrived.

That began within the first few minutes of arrival. We packed ultra-lite, which in my opinion is a must. It keeps you mobile, no waiting for the baggage carousel and laundry is so cheap and convenient in Thailand that there’s no sense packing everything you own.

We waltzed down to the first floor public taxi, per your suggestion and quickly got a cab and off we went. We were dropped off at the Boss Suites, which I will highly recommend to anyone traveling to Bangkok. We stayed there for the first 4 nights and then liked it so much, finished our trip off there later. It really was a perfect location, right on Soi 4. It’s tucked back a little ways, but no worries because they have a free tuk-tuk ride to the main road, or Nana Plaza if that’s your thing. They’ve got a terrific staff, a nice and affordable restaurant, clean rooms, laundry service and they just opened up a bar that serves any cocktail for 100 baht during happy hour from 5-9. I know because I was the first customer upon opening the doors to the joint. Great place to relax and pre-game before a crazy night out.  Click here to read more…

They say Buenos Aires is the city that never sleeps, not true. Bangkok Thailand is where you can easily party well into the next day.

I was only planning on staying three days then heading to Samui.

However, why leave when there is so much fun to be had?

This is one of those cases where three days turns into two months.

And to show you all what you’ve been missing out on. I opened up the Sony Bloggie camera for a couple of days.

Enjoy!

The time has come for a few of the members of the Kings of Thailand community to return to Bangkok where some of the nicest clubs in Asia and the most beautiful women in Thailand are awaiting us.

Before the ladies and the parties begin, we must get our accommodations in order.

And as I’m sure most would agree, apartment hunting sucks.

Most cities in Thailand you can simply taxi around the area and find something in a day or two.  In Bangkok this is more difficult.  Bangkok is large, most apartments want a minimum 6 month lease, and a high security deposit is almost always required for foreigners.

We avoid all these hassles by staying in a Serviced Apartment, also known as Corporate Housing.  Most Serviced Apartments have monthly rental agreements and utilities all set up.

By staying on a monthly basis, you are living in a luxurious four or five star hotel with all the amenities you’d ever want, for a fraction of what it would cost you if you stayed on a per night basis.

On top of all that, every morning you’ll have the most amazing buffet breakfast with over 40 different entrees from all around the world.

We’ve wastes countless hours on the internet trying to find the best Serviced Apartments in Bangkok.  Most of what we found was shit.  It took us years to collect the list you now have before you.

If you are looking for something cheap, go stay on Khao San Road with all the other hippies.  We’re talking about luxury living at its finest, not slumming it in some flee ridden motel.   Click here to read more…

Bangkok is one hell of a big city.  Without knowing where to go, you’ll either miss out on some great places or get trapped in tourist areas like Khao San Road.

If you find yourself with only one night in Bangkok, follow our beginners guide.  Although you’ll need at least a month to visit all the great bars and clubs, we will highlight some of the nightlife hot spots which shouldn’t be missed.

One Night in Bangkok Thailand Guide:

7:30pm (Optional)

Time to get some dinner.  For the nicest restaurant in Bangkok, make a reservation for “The Dome at Lebua” (http://www.lebua.com/en/the-dome-dining/).  Not for those low on money, a three course meal with wine will range 7,000 – 10,000 baht each person. (Featured in the movie, Hangover Part 2)

9:00pm

Banyan Tree Hotel – this 5 star hotel has one of the nicest roof top bars in Thailand.  The drinks are well made and the view of the entire city is incredible.  Drinks will range from 200 – 350 baht.  Not the cheapest place to go for drinks, but a similar place in New York or London costs 4 times the price.

Located on 21/100 South Sathon Road

11:00pm (Optional)

We’ve traveled the world and partied in some of the most exciting places on earth. One thing we have learned is that every epic night always starts with something low key. Whether that is one drink on a roof top bar or a few games of pool to begin the night. Go have some innocent fun.

Near Nana Plaza is one of the best places to play pool in Thailand, called “Ball in Hand.”  The tables are professional and in new condition.  Not many women around, but a great place to grab a couple drinks with some friends and shot some pool before things start to get a bit crazy. And trust us, things will only get crazy from here on out…

This is also only 2 minutes walk from your next place.

Located on Sukhumvit Soi 4

Midnight

Nana Plaza time.  If you’ve never been, imagine an outdoor three story mall filled with strip clubs.  This place has well over 30 strip clubs full of naked Thai women.

Don’t spend too much time in one place.  Get one drink in each place, and then move to the next.  Each place has their pros and cons.

Located on Sukhumvit Soi 4

Three must see places in Nana Plaza:
- Angel Witch (One of my favorite spots.  They have some amazing shows on stage.  See it for yourself)
- Spankys (Lots of spankings and a shower with a girl or two in it)
- Rainbow (Nearly 40 girls on the stage at one time)
